Strawberry Spinach Salad
6 oz. bag baby spinach
1/4 small red onion shopped
8 oz. strawberries sliced
1/4 c. almonds
Dressing:
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. white or red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. poppy seeds
Put dressing on just before serving.
