No Guilt Chicken Pot Pie

1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
1 package frozen mixed vegetables
2 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts cooked and cubed
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. reduced fat bisquick

Preheat oven to 400ยบ.  Stir together soup, chicken and vegetables in a large bowl.  Put cooked and cubed chicken and thawed vegetables in a 9x9 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.  Mix milk, egg, and bisquick.  Pour over chicken mixture.  Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
