3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk chocolate chips
Peanut Butter Frosting
Beat
1/2 c. peanut butter,
1/3 c. softened butter
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Add
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Stir together zucchini, eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Add flour, cocoa powder, soda, salt, baking powder, and chocolate chips. Stir until combined. Bake about 25 minutes. Cool and frost.
