Teriyaki Beef

Teriyaki Marinade
1 can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 lb. boneless chuck steak or roast

Spray crock pot with non stick spray. Add marinade, pineapple with juice and Steak. Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours.
